What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards. If an order is mailed to us, we will accept a company check, money order or bank check. The order will be shipped once your form of payment has cleared.

What is your refund policy?

If there is a mistake in our processing of your oder, it will be remade at no charge to you. If the items have already shipped, we will issue a return order allowing you to return them at no cost to you. We can not be held responsible for inaccurate information, misspellings or errors provided by the customer. Please check your information carfully before submitting it.

What is your privacy policy?

We will use your contact information to follow up your request with any questions we may have regarding your request. Your contact information will be held in the strictest confidence, and will not be sold or distributed in any way.

Do you track how I use your website?

We record all our website usage statistics anonymously using Google Analytics. We also track how visitors interact with our site following a click on any of our Google AdWords search ads.
